Summary: We found the property clean and well maintained and in the centre of Looe as described in the listing. However one area of concern was the one parking space that is allocated to the house. As per the instructions, we parked our vehicle to the wider end of the area and ensured our wheels were inside the yellow lines. however we were not told that the black door was the entrance to the apartment below (we were also unaware that we were sharing the building with others). So blissfully unaware we blocked the entrance to said door. Your residents never complained but it must have been awkward for them to say the least. When we realised there were others in the building we maneuvered our vehicle to give them better access but because of the limited space this was only about a meter from the wall to the car. The next occupants arrived on bicycles and promptly blocked our access to the keysafe. The bikes were obviously chained together and couldn't be moved which resulted in our granddaughter having to perform a dangerous maneuver to climb over the wall and wheelie bins to get to the keysafe and then the same in reverse. Our car is one of the narrowest on the road so anyone with a large family saloon would be breaking the parking restrictions. We feel that the need to warn people in both dwellings of how restrictive the parking is and to be aware of each others presence and access requirements.
