The house opens onto an impressive entrance hall, with original tiles on the floor and large mirror. LIVING ROOM On the left-hand side of the entrance hall, the living room, with a period fireplace, dark wooden floors, a patterned red rug, a large cream sofa and two armchairs either side of the hearth. On the other side of the room, there is a second large sofa area- a corner, leather sofa. There is lovely artwork all over the walls, as well as a large bookshelf. A television sits in the centre of the bookshelf. KITCHEN & DINING ROOM Through a small corridor, where there is a desk and chair, the living area connects to the kitchen & dining room. This kitchen has lots of light as there are sky lights as well as French door to the garden. It also has a stylish Belfast sink, a large oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. The dining area has a large wooden table, with chairs to seat around 6-8 guests. This table can extend to seat 10 people if needed. There is more art on the walls and an inset gas fire. This room overlooks the garden outside. GARDEN Through French doors, you can access the beautiful garden, with a paved area which has a table and chairs to seat 4 people. There is also a lawn area beyond. WC There is a WC and sink on the ground floor. UTILITIES ROOM Next to the WC, there is a utilities room with a washing machine & tumble dryer, as well as a sink. MASTER BEDROOM Upstairs to the first bedroom, with beautiful duck egg blue wallpaper on the walls. The room comprises a king-sized bed, an armchair, in built large wardrobe, beside tables and pictures on the wall. There is a lovely view out to the garden below. This room also includes a walk-in wardrobe and dressing area, which connect through to an en suite bathroom.
