Conservatory with views across the garden and golf course. TV room with flat screen TV and DVD player. Downstairs double bedroom (bedroom 6). Downstairs loo & shower room. Utility room with washing machine.
First floor: Master bedroom (bedroom 1) with mahogany king size bed (lie on it and look out across the golf course to the cliffs and sea beyond...). Stunning ensuite bathroom with roll top bath, shower, loo and the largest double sink we have ever seen!
Second master (bedroom 2): double aspect enormous bedroom, also with views across golf course to the cliffs and super-king mahogany four poster. Shares family bathroom with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3: small single room, very pretty, with small double bed. Shares bathroom with bedroom 2.
Second floor: Bedroom 4 with stunning views, a superking bed can be made up as two twins. Shares bathroom (restricted head height: sink, loo and bath) with Bedroom 5. Bedroom 5, also stunning views, two twin beds; a third pull out bed can be provided on request.
