Positive: We liked everything! From the moment we stepped into reception-the friendly staff and a complimentary upgrade, we were made to feel welcome and comfable with the room and all the little extras. Breakfast - which was included in the price, was very nice and other additional items were available for a small price. Every member of staff that we encountered was polite, friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is brilliant. We will without doubt return.
