The spacious open-plan kitchen features a dining area, and bi-folding doors open out onto the small, but perfectly adequate, enclosed courtyard - ideal for taking in the summer sun or relaxing with a glass of wine whilst getting stuck into your favourite book. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a breakfast bar area with seating for two, perfect for friends and family to gather around whilst cooking up a culinary delight. Google Assistant, Smart speakers, and USB charging points are available in all rooms.
Ascend the stairs to the landing area where a seating area with reading lamp is accompanied by a vast book collection. There is family bathroom and two bedrooms; one spacious king-size bedroom featuring a wall mounted Smart television; and one pretty double bedroom overlooking Merchants Courtyard.
