Positive: The property was beautifully situated in the Western Lake District surrounded by the most incredible views of nature. The house was perfectly clean and had all of the amenities that we could possibly think of. Our favourite part of the property was definitely the sitting room; the fireplace was so lovely and logs were provided for us. The TV had netflix and sky already logged in for us, so this made for a lovely cosy night in un front of the fireplace. The property was so much bigger than we initially thought and made for a really lovely extended weekend. We especially loved the small furnishings that had cows on them and the drive through ‘sheep country’ as we called it to get to the property! We will definitely be hoping to come back at some point!

Negative: I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like about the property! It’s definitely the sort of place you’ll need your own transport for as it’s rather remote but we loved this aspect of it as it felt like we were really submersed in the local nature and way of life.
