Positive: Property was a good size and set back in a nice quiet position away from the road. Plenty of parking for 2/3 cars. Nice sized kitchen and living room with the nice added extra of a pool room. Nice quirky bedroom over looking the living room. Bedrooms were a good size.

Negative: This is an honest opinion. This could be an exceptional property however, The property would benefit from having a throughly good clean! The carpets are stained and looked shabby! The flooring in the living room requires maintenance, floor boards felt loose at times! Painting is required throughout the property. There is not enough seating in the living room for a property that sleeps 8 people we had to bring chairs from the kitchen of an evening! There is plenty of room for X2 more sofas, I don’t think the cushions have been taken off and hoovered under them in a very long time, crisps and crumbs everywhere!! The lighting in the largest bedroom is virtually non existent! Lamps on units in bedrooms but nowhere to plug into! The plug holes in both showers were not draining properly due to hair left in the plugs! Cobwebs everywhere! The dishwasher is not fixed in properly and juts out of the unit and moves! X1 dishcloth given to dry dishes for 7 people! No kitchen roll, scissors and knifes need replacing as they are exceptionally blunt! Old chips left in freezer from other guests! Rubbish in outside bins that are virtually overflowing! An empty can of Coke left on the driveway by the front door on our arrival!! A plastic chair is left in the stream out in the garden! The garden looked overgrown and untidy albeit the grass had been cut! The noise from I’m guessing pipe work when the heating was on was very noticeable! The property does not plot correctly! It took us 30 mins to find it and when I rang GuestReady they had no idea where the property was and kept telling me it was the picture that they had sent via text message that was a derelict boarded up house! The girl in fairness did stay on the line and tried to be helpful! This could be an exceptional property however, my personal view is it’s a case of it’ll do instead of let’s maintain and furnish it to a high standard!
