Located on the top floor (second) the accommodation can be reached via the stairs or by lift, parking for one car is available immediately outside the building. The town of Looe with its fine beach, harbour, boutique shops, restaurants and pubs is only a 5/6 minute walk downhill- perhaps a little longer on the return.
The accommodation has been furnished in a contemporary style and includes an open plan living/dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms, a double and a twin and a family bathroom. The living/dining room is furnished with brown leather settees and has a contemporary dining suite and a breakfast bar with two stools. From this room, there are French doors leading to the balcony from where the superb views can really be enjoyed. The balcony is provided with a table and chairs. The lounge area has a 32" flat screen TV with DVD and there is a radio/CD player and books and games. The kitchen is finished in light wood and the fitted equipment includes an electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, washer drier and a microwave is also provided. There is a full size freezer in the storeroom which is also useful for keeping outdoor clothing in. A long hallway gives access to all the rooms in the apartment including the spacious double bedroom which has a king sized double bed and the twin bedroom with 3ft singles. The family bathroom is fully tiled in gleaming white and is equipped with a bath with shower over, w.c. and wash basin. The apartment is bright and airy and the modern furnishings and fabrics give a very contemporary feel.
