- Due to previous issues with guests, we are now required to check IDs before handing over the keys. We will require to see the original copy of Full driver licence or International passport for all guest checking into the accommodation.
- We will collect a security deposit of £500 where necessary before check in against the risk damages or breach to the house rules. Deposit will be refunded within 14 days if no damages or breach to house rules. Failure to pay the £500 deposit requested will result in the booking being cancelled without refund
