Summary: We recently stayed (August 2024) at Anchor down and it was a great house. We had an amazing stay, with Croyde on your door step and other amazing beaches it is truly one of a kind. The house has a great outdoor space at the front with grass which was good for our little kids to run around on. It also has a great decking area which gets the sun on an evening. The house is also equipped with a smart tv, Nintendo wii and ps3 which also gave the older kids (teenagers) something to do. The rooms are super spacious all with comfy beds and efficient lighting. The toilets and showers are also great/clean on arrival. The kitchen had everything you would need including a large dining area. Steve is an amazing and friendly host. He was quick to answer any questions or if we needed anything. We would totally recommend this place and wanted to say a big thanks to Steve (and his mum) for making the house really clean and providing a great house to stay in. We will return again and thanks again.
