Positive: The cottage itself is absolutely beautiful, not to mention its surroundings. It is finished to a very high standard, with lovely furniture and fitted furnishings. It was spotlessly clean and well-kept. It was in a gorgeous rural location, so quiet and relaxing, but not too far at all from plenty of activities and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very spacious bedrooms. Two lovely bathrooms with excellent water pressure. The hosts were so friendly and yet not at all imposing, though they live next door, we didn’t “bump into” them. They left a delicious home made lemon cake and a bottle of Prosecco, and everything you need for hot drinks ready for our check in. I really needed this lovely break, so thank you!

Negative: Nothing, we loved it. Everything worked brilliantly.

Summary: Idyllic location, perfect for relaxing, a gorgeous base for exploring the Dales as a family.
