Positive: Clean, new everything was in good shape. Very comfortable and spacious. Food was good for breakfast. Staff were wonderful. Location at St. Paul’s was great. A block or two to Underground Station.

Negative: Elevator was out of service. I intentionally chose for the elevator. There were no paper products, no tissues, no paper towels, but a full kitchen… The bathtub was very slippery - had to be careful. No washcloths. Just hand towel and bath towel.

Summary: Was great - would stay again.
