North Cottage Cromer has a fabulous location. Cromer’s Pier, beach, shops, cafes, and pubs are all within 5 minutes walk. This holiday cottage is the perfect choice all year round for 12 guests to holiday, celebrate and relax together beside the sea.
This is the ideal property for several generations of the same family to holiday or celebrate together. It is also suited to two or three families sharing a house on holiday, or a group of friends celebrating a special occassion.
The huge garden room (74m2) offers comfortable seating for all 12 guests. There's a 55inch smart Sony TV and high quality table football along with traditional board and garden games. Bii-fold doors open onto the large private walled gardens with lawns and terrace.
The Kitchen is linked to the dining room through an archway, and offers a full range of cooking facilities suitable for a large group. Electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge-freezer. AGA available by request only (at extra charge) Oct - April only. The kitchen is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking.
The Dining Room seats 12 guests at an oval table, all tableware is included.
There's a separate living room with wood burner and 3 comfortable sofas, and a 55inch Sony Smart TV.
The Conservatory (links the Garden Room with the house) offers a dining table with seating for 10 guests and bistro style dining for an additional 2 guests. There is also comfortable seating.
On the Ground floor is a King Size bedroom (The Green Bedroom) with use of the ground floor wet room along the hallway. This room is ideal for guests who find stairs difficult.
Completing the ground floor facilities is a large utility cloakroom with a Miele washer-dryer and laundry facilities including iron and board. Cleaning supplies including a Miele vacuum cleaner are also provided. There is also plenty of hanging space and storage.
Please note there is also a locked room marked 'housekeeping' containing the boiler and equipment to service the house. We can provide stair gates, high chairs, fire guard, a travel cot and electric fans on request.
On the first floor are 5 further spacious bedrooms including the master bedroom and en-suite, a further shower room and a separate WC.
3 of the bedroms have King size beds, there is a double bedroom (the Red Bedroom) and 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 3'0" single beds (4 single beds in total).
Please note our house rules - we never accept any pets whatsoever. No smoking is allowed. We prefer guests don't wear outdoor shoes inside the house to protect the original wooden floors.
