Positive: What a lovley find...Warm welcome by Elena who explained where everything was and how it all worked along with some suggestions for places to visit and eat, Nice and comfy warm room with everything you'd expect/need, decent tv, good free wifi, plenty of hot water in the shower and access to a 24 hr bean to cup coffee machine too.Cleaned daily as well. Excellent freshly cooked, using local produce, breakfast too to get you set up ready for the day.. Wish we had longer to stay but this was a perfect place to stay in Norfolk and near Norwich and we'd highly recommend it to others.,

Negative: Nothing...apart from the weather!!!
