Positive: Clean and comfortable, good location.

Negative: There is a lot they could do to enhance the property and land around it. there is a lovely outdoor area for a BBQ, but it is very overgrown. There is a small outdoor table and two outdoor chairs, but they are old and a bit sad looking. An air fryer would be a good addition in the kitchen, the microwave and toaster are very dated, but they do work.

Summary: I would stay again, but it would be nice if it could be modernised.
