Welcome to our apartment located within New Esplanade Court, Paignton! The apartment is a recently renovated, modern and well-presented first floor one bedroom apartment which can sleep up to four people (inclusive of adults, children and infants).

New Esplanade Court is a private and secure holiday/residential apartment complex with outdoor communal gardens and a heated swimming pool (May to September only). The apartment is set in a fabulous location, only a short walk to Paignton seafront, beach, pier, harbour, town centre, shops, restaurants and bars.

The space
On entering the apartment, you are welcomed into an entrance hall with doors leading to a modern lounge/kitchenette, a spacious double bedroom and a bright bathroom.

The open plan lounge and kitchenette have been renovated to a stylish and modern standard in keeping with the apartments seaside surroundings. The kitchenette has an integrated fridge (with freezer compartment), a fan oven (with grill), a ceramic hob, sink, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchenette is fully kitted out with all the essential utensils you would expect from a holiday apartment.

The lounge area is bright and airy with a large window overlooking the private and enclosed communal gardens. The lounge has attractive furniture with two comfortable sofas (one of which also converts to a double sofa bed to sleep up to two). Plus a Smart TV and DVD Player. For dining, there is a foldable table with four chairs tucked away in the cupboard to utilise space.

The bedroom is bright, light and spacious, and like the lounge, it has a large window overlooking the private and enclosed communal gardens. The bedroom can sleep up to four with a double bed plus a single bed with a single trundle bed wheeled underneath. The bedroom has a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storing your belongings away.

The bathroom is bright and well proportioned with a toilet, sink and a bath with an electric shower over.

The communal gardens within the New Esplanade Court complex are a wonderful space and have a great amount of privacy with key gated secure access, mature palm trees and a heated swimming pool (seasonal – May to September only).

The apartment comes with one allocated parking space in a secure car park to the rear of the property (car parking security swipe pass provided). If you don't have a car, the apartment is easy to travel to as the train and bus stations are both within walking distance.
