A modern newly refurbished apartment right in the heart of Par. The apartment has entrance hall with welly stand and coat rack. The kitchen with beautiful wood work tops has an electric cooker and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and belfast sink, with breakfast bar to seat 2. The bathroom has a large shower and baby change for families. Our first floor bedroom has a beautiful king-sized bed and an industrial modern feel, with comfy chairs for two, and space to hang and store clothes. Also on this floor is the bunk room, with some quirky fun decor for the kids, and also the lounge which features flat screen smart TV, dining area to seat four, sofas, and stunning black and white scenes of Cornwall. Moving onto the 2nd floor there's a light and airy comtemporary loft room with king size bed, sofa and chest of drawers. A comfortbale apartment for a large family or friends.

Summary: We were down for 3 days (2 nights) attending a conference at the Eden Project. The accomodation was ideal, good situation and very comfortable. Very comfortable bedrooms and a nice spacious lounge. The kitchen has everything needed, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, cooking pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. The bed was super comfy. Everything was spotless, and for a wet and windy stay the heating was most welcome. Especially liked the coat stand next to the radiator downstairs.
