A great choice if you want to explore or work in central London with fantastic connections into the city (direct trains to Victoria in 9 minutes, Blackfriars in 11min, City 16min, Kings Cross St Pancras Intl 22min, Wimbledon 19min, Luton airport 56min and Gatwick under 1hr) with the convenience of great cafés on the square and a farmer’s market takes place each Sunday. Opposite the house is beautiful Brockwell Park with its restored art deco lido and you’re surrounded by historic and family-friendly pubs like The Florence and Half Moon. All the excitement of Brixton (plus the tube station) is a 20min walk away.
