Positive: Location was good for us as it was near family.

Negative: The property has underfloor heating which we found wasn't warm enough for us.Also having no curtains to windows in lounge there was a draft even though the windows double glazed.It would be practical to have a shelf for somewhere to put toiletries in bathroom also not keen on rainfall shower head.So we came home a day early due to being cold.
