Positive: We liked the layout of the property, having a kitchen and the location. We also appreciated the access to the pool. We had a slight issue with getting the pass but when we texted the owner we got is sorted quickly so that was fine. I did feel the property was clean although definitely old and showing it's age.

Negative: We had a few small issues that I feel could have been better resolved if the management company were better. We found out when we arrived that the pool had to be booked in advanced over Easter - with no notice from the company. This meant that loads of the time slots were filled. In 7 days were ended up only being able to use the pool 3 times with the booking. We were also able to walk in one time - but the walk in was a challenge as the venue only accepted 10 people as a walk in which meant that we were refused another time which was rather annoying. This could have been resolved if whoever was managing the property had told us in advance of arriving as then we could have booked dates before getting there. Two of the lights in the living room were broken (this made it very dark inside in the early evening) and we told them, it took them 3 days to even acknowledge this, they never fixed it while we were there. Also there are a few broken kitchen utensils (like a peeler) and the washing machine was not broken but barely working (you had to set it to wash, then rinse then spin then drain individually which took time). I told the management company about this and they never even acknowledged these issues. The property has no WIFI some people will like this. We did not and felt it should have been in the description obviously. I booked on the mobile app and it was hard to find that information easily. There was only one key. My husband wanted to go for a run and we were going out (on multiple days of our 7 day stay) this just meant we had to do extra logistics which were unnecessary if there were two keys.
