Summary: Luxury Room - 9/10. Great size. Lovely and clean. Soundproofing could be better. Bathroom - 10/10. Nice, clean bathroom. Fantastic shower. Great towels. Bed - 910. Decent bed. WiFi - 10/10. No issues. Breakfast - 9/10. Very good. Decent variety and all of good quality. Staff - 10/10. All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Hotel - 9/10. Great location, easy walking distance to the main square and Brussels Central Station. Close to the cathedral too and so you do hear the (rather annoying) church bells every 15mins from 8am to 10pm. Having stayed at the Pillows Hotel in Gent the night before, felt that this one just didn’t quite live up to our expectations. Nevertheless, would stay here again if ever back in Brussels.
