The nearby towns of Aldeburgh, Southwold and Walberswick and beaches are just a short drive away. A great area for walking and cycling, the nearby RSPB Minsmere reserve offers the opportunity to spot rare bird species as well as otters and red deer - a wildlife lovers paradise!

Accommodation Ground floor: Living area: two-seater sofa, two armchairs. Wood-burning stove. Kitchen: extending dining table and four chairs. Electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer (in adjoining building).
First floor: Master bedroom: king-sized bed. Chest, bedside tables, lamps. Ensuite: walk-in shower, WC and hand basin. Bedroom 2:double bed (zip and link beds can be used as a twin). Chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp, Ensuite: bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.
Entertainment: digital TV with Freeview and built-in DVD player. Radio and ipod docking station, books, board games. For families: cot and highchair are available to hire (£15 each). Outside: landscaped garden, unfenced pond and moat. Garden furniture and BBQ Parking: ample off-road parking. General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided. central heating with an additional wood-burning stove. One small bag of logs, kindling and firelighters provided (November-March). No smoking. Pets: should be kept off the furniture and allowed on the ground floor only. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property. Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Notes: A communal freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer in adjoining communal building. The cottage can be rented with Harrow Cottage next door for larger family groups of up to eight people.
