Within close proximity of the dramatic south Cornish coastline and within 5 minute walking distance of one of Cornwall’s finest sandy beaches - this two bedroom cabin is in excellent condition throughout and offers spacious living and sleeping accommodation. The accommodation is light and airy and stylishly furnished throughout and is fully equipped with everything needed. The wrap around deck is perfectly situated to take full advantage of the rural outlook and the last of the evening sun and spectacular sunsets.
On an exclusive holiday development this is the perfect retreat for families and couples. There is an indoor heated pool and spa available for guests. There is also a gym, fitness centre, plus the superb nine-hole golf course, all just moments from your doorstep. Relax spending an evening knowing dinner is sorted at The Boathouse bar and restaurant, take a seat on the terrace, and soak in the relaxing atmosphere of Cornwall.
Your well behaved pooches are welcome too - up to 2 small/medium sized dogs - with a supply rugs for the soft furnishings to protect them from doggy prints. We ask that dogs are not allowed on the beds.
As a self-catering chalet, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, and a microwave. The cabin is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This chalet has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a queen sized bed. The second bedroom contains twin beds - sized 2' 9" x 6'. There are 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The ensuite has a toilet and sink.

Praa Sands is a hugely sought after location with a long stretch of sparkling white sandy beach backed by sheltering dunes, after a day on the beach why not go for an evening walk along the shoreline where you can enjoy watching the surfers and the sunset. The beach is open to dogs except during July and August when they are not allowed between 10am and 6pm. The village boasts a range of eateries including the iconic Welloe where you can enjoy a delicious pizza with a panoramic view of the ocean. There is also a range of fabulous independent shops including the recently opened and well stocked general store and deli. From Praa Sands the larger towns of Helston, Penzance, Porthleven, St. Ives can be accessed with a wider range of facilities, tourist attractions and boat trips. St Michaels Mount, Porthleven harbour, Kynance Cove plus cafe's with a view to fine dining are all within a short drive.
