Summary: Best location imaginable. Clean comfy rooms. Nice bar attached. Cons: had to go to the desk and cleaning staff three times as they didn’t leave enough towels for us and the cleaning staff took away one towel 2 times. There’s no phones so you have to go back to the desk each time. The last night we were there we hit back late from dinner w friends and took showers as we left early the next day for Scotland. The shower was clogged so we couldn’t, and there were no phones to call for help and no one at the front desk. This after waking for 11 hours, we had to wait until the following night to shower in Edinburgh. It was a bummer as overall this place is in a great place waking distance from everything in London.
