All rooms are on the ground floor. This modern holiday home has a lounge with L-shaped settee, smart TV and a dining table for 4 guests. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and stove top, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee pod machine, electric kettle, toaster and microwave oven. There is plenty of kitchenware for guests wishing to cook their own food. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, double wardrobe, TV with DVD player and the other with 2 singles beds. The shower room has on-demand hot water, wash hand basin and toilet. Outside there is a front garden with off-street private parking for 2 cars. The back garden has a patio with table and chairs and a lockable shed for safely storing guest's own golf clubs, bikes or outdoor equipment. Summary: A lovely house in a lovely location. Fully equipped with everything you need. 10 mins for the city centre. Would highly recommend. Perfect for a nice quiet relaxing break.
