Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I guess the most important factor for the Holiday rentals is the host, and in this case, Marisa was fantastic. She tried tirelessly to make sure that we had a great night at Ghent. The property itself is very close to the train station and the city centre, which is a huge plus; it is well equipped, well maintained , beautifully decorated and very clean.

Negative: I don't think this is host's problem but the property is very very close to the main road, so you can hear people walking by whilst talking, cars driving by, police cars etc and that could be an issue for shallow sleeper like me that I couldn't sleep at all that single night. The next morning I found out some earplugs were available at the property, I wish I knew that. The property also does not have aircon nor a fan and that could be problematic in a hot summer nights like the one that we spent there.
