In a private agricultural estate planted with citrus and olive trees close to Menton - I rent a restored old sheepfold, extended by a terrace overlooking a beautiful natural panorama towards the sea. The pool is reserved for tenants and is heated from April 15, weather permitting, until October, weather permitting (water temperature at least 23 °). The Carei Valley is classified as a NATURA 2000 site. House enclosed by walls and independent entrance. Safety for children and animals.

The sheepfold is ideal for a couple + children. Sheepfold access: the property is 7 minutes from the Menton exit of the A8 motorway.
Access to the sheepfold by car via the Haut-Careï operating path. It is a private road, not open to the public and closed by a gate with key; it starts at the end of Impasse Saint Roman in Menton (GPS). The path is 80% cemented, accessible to all cars except in rainy periods when an SUV is recommended because of runoff. However, any car that is high enough can travel without problems.

We see the sea from the two terraces in the direction of Menton. The town is close to 600m (shops, supermarkets, bus stop, etc.) but the town is not noticeable from the property. Numerous walks in the agricultural area and on the GR 51 hiking trail from Menton to the Col de Testanier which borders the property.
