Summary: Reception staff were ok, but they were not very informative, I had to ask where my room was and I was not told that the lift was out of order and my room was on the 2nd floor! The rooms are sign posted as ‘suites’ this is definitely not the case. It was a basic room which was clean. There was no shelf or anywhere to put toiletries in the bathroom which was quite annoying and not practical. There was no instructions for the tv and as it was a smart tv I had to work out where all the channels were, I do feel that someone who’s not used to that would struggle. There was no information in the room about the on-site restaurant which I feel is a big mistake as I had no idea about breakfast. Overall I probably would not stay here again
