Positive: Excellent property. Really well equipped and lovely location. Easy parking. Comfortable beds. Warm and homely! Would definitely go back, great location to explore the dales and the lakes! Generally clean, and sheets and towels were good quality. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs was really helpful! We hope to return in warmer months to do more exploring! Conservatory has a large table and chairs, with an additional table and chairs in the kitchen so plenty of seating space. There are sofas in living room and conservatory so easy to have different areas for larger groups! Kitchen and utility are great, really well stocked, there is a small undercounter fridge in the kitchen and then a full height fridge/freezer in the utility. Lots of dinnerware and drinkware and a dishwasher!!

Negative: The front steps were very slippy when the weather is wet, we travelled with my mum who struggles with steps, but all 4 of us slipped on it at some point during the week despite being super careful! No injuries, we managed to catch ourselves but just be careful as there is no handrail! There is a hole in the garden wall (the house info book does warn about this), but our dog would easily have gotten through it into next doors garden!

Summary: Great property, will definitely be back!
