The house is ideally located in the small and quiet hamlet of "Desnié" between Spa (6 km) and Stoumont (5 km).
In winter, the large living room with its open fire will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.
In summer, the south-facing garden has a magnificent private terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy your meals in peace and quiet, as well as a heated swimming pool of 8m x 4m available from mid-May to mid-September.
The swimming pool is shared with the owner who occupies the part adjacent to the main part, but he remains very discreet and gives you priority with schedules to agree.
