2 Bedroom Cottage in New Forest District, Damerham
A lovely holiday cottage in the countryside with everything you need for a happy, hassle-free holiday. Located in the Downlands village of Damerham, within Cranborne Chase which is a National Landscape (previously AONB), with a great pub down the road, close to the New Forest National Park & not far from Bournemouth & the Jurassic Coast too!
Our main aim is to make the Lodge a spacious and welcoming home from home for our guests to enjoy!
Downstairs you'll find a well equipped kitchen/diner with patio doors out onto a private courtyard garden, relaxing lounge and good sized bathroom.
In the centre of the Lodge is a beautiful mezzanine wood landing which leads to a bedroom at each end of the property. Both bedrooms have king-size beds that can also be set up as twins if that works better for you, just let us know (please note, the beds cannot be moved apart when set up as singles).
The Lodge has it's own private, tranquil courtyard with comfortable outdoor seating and dining, warm festoon lights and BBQ which is great for when the weather is nice and for relaxing after a busy day exploring.
The village has a small river running through, lovely country pub which often puts on live music at the weekends and a wooden play park for kids. If you want to walk from the Lodge there are plenty of rural walks with stunning views across the Downlands.
We have one dedicated parking space for a large car at the front of the lodge for our guests. There is other on-street parking available around the village too if needed. Long-wheel based vans and larger vehicles will not fit in the parking space.
We can accommodate children and welcome families often. We have stair gates available, a high chair, play mat & a travel cot all available upon request. Please let us know what you need if you have little one's coming along. Children are their parents/guardians responsibility whilst staying at the Lodge and we can accept no responsibility for children during their stay.
