Shopping centre and nearest supermarket are only 10 minutes walk and the city center is a pleasant walk 20 minutes away.
Excellent touring base for many of Perthshire's beautiful sites and activities.
The property can accommodate up to 6 guest and has ample off road parking for 3 vehicles.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood with access to every kind of shop within walking distance. Beautiful Park is located 5 minutes away with river view.
Neighbours are extremely kind and don't be surprised to sometimes receive freshly grown vegetables from my lovely Neighbour.
Everything is within walking distance, we benefit from bus stop which is just 2 minutes away when walking and train station which is just over 20 minutes when walking. In addition we provide free ample parking up to 3 cars.
