The property is over two floors and provides comfortable, well furnished accommodation. The sitting room is tastefully decorated and has an electric fire. The spacious, well fitted kitchen has a dining area and there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is a lawned area to the front and side of the property with a barbecue area and seating. The cottage is an ideal base to see both the Scottish borders and Northumberland.
