Positive: St. Ives is a superb seaside town in West Cornwall which we have visited numerous times. Seashells is a two bedroom apartment conveniently located at the upper end of the town and close to the bus stop. The two bedroom apartment was tastefully decorated and furnished. The kitchen well stocked and bathroom well designed. The apartment also had a small balcony/terrace at the front overlooking the road. At the rear was a small outdoor area with a drying pole, large beach equipment box, two chairs and a small table. A small gate led to a stepped path leading to the road.

Negative: The road could be noisy and busy at times. Both the front balcony/terrace and the rear outdoor area were quite grubby with weeds and leaves, both dead and alive, lying around. The outdoor furniture on both were dirty with bird droppings. It was obvious that these areas hadn't had any attention for quite a while, so much so that I decided to clear up the mess myself!

Summary: A little gem that could be better.
