Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was warm for the first few days. Comfy settees. Good space. Hot water when heating worked. Useful microwave. Netflix useful with grandchildren.

Negative: Described as well equipped kitchen?? House for 5 but 4 bowls, side plates. No toaster. No cooking trays or jugs, no tea towel, dish cloth just a grotty sponge scouter. The blinds in the bedroom let a lot of light in- not bad in winter but summer! Stripped beds last morning and was horrified at the state of the single and king size mattresses. Double mattress new. No mattress protectors which at least could be washed occasionally . Mirrors and windows very streaky so I cleaned mirrors. A few hooks on doors would be useful in bedrooms and bathrooms. No brush or anything to just tidy up with. Needs a good hoover.

Summary: We made the best of it. It was a good family space but definitely wouldn’t use again.
