"Pebblestone" is a ground-floor apartment with its own access and entrance with lawned front area. A spacious, well equipped home from home, which gives a warm sense of both village and coastal location. Shops and restaurants are within a 2 min walk, approximately 5-9 mins walk to East Wittering beach, so no need to take the car out. This is a perfect base for a holiday retreat, ideal for couples, spending time with the family or working from home.
"Pebblestone" is a spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment and has open-plan living accommodation, which is airy and fully modernised.
A fully stocked kitchen, equipped with pretty much everything you need, including Neff oven and Induction Hob with extractor fan, tall fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, kettle and toaster. Included are oven gloves, tea towels, washing machine/dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, hand soap etc.
The kitchen leads off to the dining area with hand-made dining table, Goodwood car seat style dining chairs. The lounge has a Smart TV with built-in Chromecast, two faux leather sofas to make your stay comfortable. There is also a bookcase with books to suit all ages, also a variety of children/adult board games/cards.
Two good sized bedrooms which comfortably sleeps 4 people. All linen is supplied, and beds are made upon your arrival. Both bedrooms have King size beds, with Indulgence mattress and Milly support Gel pillows. There is a wardrobe cupboard in Bedroom 1 with clothes rail and supply of hangers. Within the bedroom is a full size ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower tray, rain shower head, WC, wash basin and underfloor heating and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 - King size bed with zipped Indulgence mattress, that can be separated into twin beds. (Please let me know as soon as possible, if you require these to be separated). An area to hang clothes and supply of hangers. There is also a dressing table/desk and chair and chest of drawers.
All Linen supplied including fluffy Egyptian bath sheets and hand towels but beach towels are not included.
A good size family bathroom is accessed along the hallway and consists of bath/rain shower, wash basin, WC and also has underfloor heating and heated towel rail.
All rooms have easy remote controlled electric panel heaters for instant warmth in the cooler months.
"Pebblestone", has an allocated off-road designated parking space for one car. There is an Electric charging point available. There are on-road parking spaces within the immediate vicinity if travelling in different vehicles.
