Positive: Really nice apartment with great location and view. All facilities that you could want.

Negative: Location of keysafe a bit vague. Instructions said "...outside front door of apartment". Code did not work in that keysafe. No phone signal in building so had to walk and find a signal to ring owner? - Keysafe is inside lobby at the front of the apartment block. NOT a good welcome. There was no welcome pack - we shouldn't have to search the apartment - all cupboards to find the wifi box and find the code. Help with the TV setup would be good too Would be nice to be told when booking there is a festival with live bands 20metres from your window.
