The Space:
Sleeping up to eight guests comfortably, this light and bright contemporary home makes the most of its location. There are floor-to-ceiling windows and doors in almost every room so you can soak up the sound of the waves and surrounding countryside views. Woodborough originally dates back to the 1920s but has recently undergone a full renovation with style and character in abundance.
The spacious open-plan kitchen oozes luxury, with sleek wooden finishes, an AGA, a built-in microwave and a coffee machine. Enjoy your morning cup from the comfort of your bed or out on the idyllic veranda. Take dinners around the dining table or in your impressive conservatory with endless views all around. When the sun’s shining, throw open the doors and enjoy the beauty of indoor-outdoor living. Or when the temperature drops, snuggle up on the sofa with a fire roaring and a film on the TV.
One of the four bedrooms is found on the ground floor, whilst the rest are all upstairs. All four bedrooms have been finished with comfortable double beds, high-quality linens and ample space to store your clothes. All have picturesque views to boot, whether it’s over the magical woodland or out over the ocean. Plus, there are two modern bathrooms and two separate WCs located between the ground and first floors. Whether it’s alfresco drinks at sunset or gazing at the stars, Woodborough is the perfect spot for a getaway to remember.

Getting Around:
We would recommend bringing a vehicle for your stay. There is ample space for three vehicles on the gated driveway.
Other Things to Note:
The hot tub is freely available from April to October. It is winterised From November to March as it is not used frequently enough to be run constantly. So if you wish to use it there is an additional £100 charge as it will need to be set up again. Please let us know in advance ahead of your stay so we can make the arrangements. Please be aware that the hot tub cannot operate in temperatures less than 7 degrees. If you have booked the hot tub for a stay during the cooler months, and the temperature is going to be below 7 degrees during your stay, we will let you know before your arrival and provide a refund of the fee.
Woodborough is situated on a substantial plot of land full of forest trails for you to explore. However, the area to the left of the house (whilst facing the front) is currently under maintenance so is not accessible for guests. Please take care when exploring the garden and forest trails, and do not leave children unattended
