Positive: Cottage was very clean, light and airy.The two beds were very comfy. Easy reach to all amenities.ie two pubs, one shop, and a couple of cafes. In the cottage there is also an assortnent of books to read and dvds to watch, plus an array of channels.

Negative: I didn't like that the bathroom was downstairs, especially for my 86 year old mum, who has to go toilet in the night. There was a lack of hand rails on the lower part of the L shape stairs, so my mum had to use the walls to steady herself.The very small patio( couldn't swing a cat) area is accessed through the upstairs bedroom via french doors.Only other outside area is the front where you would park the car. The guidebook needs updating. Wrong checkout time, it's 10 am, not 11 am in the guidebook.Also, the taxi numbers are wrong, so just use Google.We used Wroham taxis, very friendly staff. On our last night, we were both woken( in not a nice way) by two fire alarms going off, one in the bedroom and the other downstairs at 3.30AM.My poor mum was so shaken by it.I nearly fell down the stairs, running down to switch the hall one off.It wasn't a nice experience, especially when we had to be up early to catch the train home. I hope that after I text the property about it, they get it sorted ASAP.I wouldn't want it to happen to anyone else. Wifi isn't the best in the area, or connection via data.
