Summary: Room very small, and couldn’t see out of the window without standing on the bed. Only one lift in operation during refurbishment works - these have been taking place for over a year ….. Lots of staff congregating outside a side entrance to the hotel, smoking and blocking the pavement while engaging in “animated” conversation.
