Positive: I like the house a lot, it was pretty comfortable for our family, the location was fine and it was a very quiet area, which was great. Nathan the hist was very nice, very kind, very careful, always available and very helpful any time. He is such a great host, takes good care of his guests, and is very precise with the instructions. All in one the stay was good, we were satisfied, we had anything that was needed for the stay , as the purpose was visiting London, so we didn't bother much and didn't have much time to be in the house, but still, I highly recommend it. The house is just the perfect solution for a big family.

Negative: I was a bit surprised with the amount that I was ought to pay before the arrival as a deposit, to be honest, but as I used to live in London a long time ago, it was known for me that this is the way how are the things functioning in UK, so anyway I got the deposit back straight away the next morning after leaving the place. The other thing was that there were no other towels except the ones for the bath, which was not a big problem, we bought some, which was not in the plan, but still maybe I've missed this somewhere between the instructions and didn't take some before travelling to London. And one more thing is my expectations about the washing machine, which was great that there was a machine, we just had to supply ourselves with detergent and also toilet paper, which would be much better to be provided from the host, as nobody needs the whole package or bottle of it.
