Braemar is a spacious and comfortable traditional Croyde Cottage offering everything you need for a relaxing break in this famous Surfing Village, conveniently located for the Beach and Village and set in an elevated position with large gardens and lovely views towards the sea. The large enclosed garden with its trees and shrubs is a safe area for children to play in. The property will sleep 4 + 2 people comfortably, a cot and high chair are available on request. Wi-Fi is available in the property should you wish to connect to the internet. New for 2024 - We have installed a brand new kitchen in 2024 which has every modern facility. The lounge has also recently been refurbished. There is off road parking at the front of the property on a tarmac drive for up to two cars. From the property you can either walk into the village, 5 minutes, or out to the beach, 10 minutes, with ease.

Summary: Very clean, well equipped and spacious. Good location, village, pubs and restaurants only 5 mins walk in one direction with the beach and coast path 15 mins walk in theother direction. Sheltered and private garden too.
