Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Lovely cottage, spacious and comfortable and great location on the A51. Perfect for our dog too! Lovely decorations and comfy beds/sofas, plush towels etc. Plenty of space for 4 people! Super easy access/ check in and out.

Negative: Overall the cottage was clean, but it definately needed more attention to detail. There were chocolate wrappers/marks on the floor and the fridge was dirty. The hand wash and body wash etc upstairs were empty and there wasn’t a loo brush upstairs either! A cake stand in the kitchen was broken, along with a Christmas tree decoration which I reported but the messages I got back seemed to be automatic/not personal, which was strange! Some glasses were dirty too in the cupboards.

Summary: Lovely but not perfect!
