Village hamlet close to woods and numerous golf courses. Train links to London Victoria or London Bridge every 30 minutes, journey takes around 40 mins. Easy road access to both Gatwick (25mins) and Heathrow (40mins). Epsom downs located within 4 miles.

This is a lovely family home with South African wooden floors and African inspired art. The house has underfloor heating throughout and furnished with modern/antique furniture to reflect our heritage and travels. There is a large cinema and games room with surround sound system and speaker system integrated throughout the ground floor. There is a well-equipped gym with doors that lead out to the patio area, which has ample seating as well as facilities for a BBQ. The 10-seater Jacuzzi has beautiful views of the recently landscaped garden which is a brilliant place to explore and relax. It is also child and pet friendly.

This home is for family’s and small social gatherings. No parties or events are permitted.

Summary: Always a great stay at this property! The owner is very accommodating and responds immediately. Private/quiet setting in a beautiful neighborhood with our favorite pub in walking distance. Highly recommended property in a very convenient location!
