The sandstone B listed building was originally commissioned by the Co-Operative as their headquarters in the late 1880s and was designed and detailed in its distinctive French Renaissance style four-storey pavilions, capped by distinctive square domes that reach up into the skyline of the heart of the city. The property comes with secure, gated parking, lift access and is a mere 15 minute walk to the city centre.
This striking two bedroom apartment is dominated by an expansive open plan living space with high ceilings and windows that maximise natural light.
