Come and discover this former chateau caretaker's lodge now fully renovated into a modern and comfortable holiday house. Situated by the river on the road linking Liège and Verviers, the location is romantic and ... unusual! The accommodation is in the left wing and in the tower of the property in the photo. After crossing a bridge, you enter the house and immediately access the lounge and kitchen. The bedrooms are upstairs and access is via two staircases, one of which is a spiral staircase. Apart from the owners who live in the chateau a hundred metres away, you will have the place to yourself. Please note that the road and bridge may be used by the owners, but not that often. The town of Pepinster and its shops is 1 km away. Verviers is 6 km away, with its shops, restaurants and its Saturday morning market. There are numerous walks in the surrounding area, even on foot from the accommodation. The motorways to Spa and Malmedy on the one hand, and Eupen and Germany on the other, are 6 km away.
