Summary: Unfortunately the boiler broke during the stay which meant this hot water didnt come back on till 9-9.30pm and then took a while to come back through in the morning when turning the taps on. The team were really nice and apologised, offered a free meal but when I went down at 9pm everything was shut and didnt get a response from the number on the contacts to enquire how to claim. The remote was broken in the room and nobody to advise but managed to get the TV on the same channel. No iron or hairdryer in the room so couldnt iron my clothes in the morning for work. Stay would have been nice but couple of things just unfortunately made it not.
