Lilyfield is a 1.5 storey modern build property. You will enter via a spacious utility room comprising washing and drying facilities and a large area for shoes and coats. From here you will then enter into the open-plan living area comprising a well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. The full length south facing window wall offers spectacular views as well as making the most of every drop of sunlight.
Off the lounge there is the first king size bedroom with en-suite facilities. A second king size mezzanine style bedroom is located above the living area.
