The property is within walking distance of the North Foreland Golf club, Kingsgate and Joss Bays and, for anyone who would like a drink or a meal without having to take the car out, there is the Botany Bay hotel or the Captain Digby restaurant. This remarkable and spacious detached cliff top holiday home is approached along a private road and accessed through large automatic wrought iron entrance gates that open onto a block paved frontage where you can comfortably park 4 vehicles. Step inside to the lobby with a beautiful oak staircase leading you up to the first floor and oak flooring that extends through the accommodation.
On the ground floor, guests will have access to a double bedroom with King Bed and en-suite bath/shower room, walk-in wardrobe, and patio doors leading to the terrace. You will also find a cloakroom with toilet and a convenient utility area with a washing machine and dryer, adding to the home's practical charm.
Upstairs you will first discover a large landing with cathedral style windows offering the first of many stunning sea views, it’s a great space to sit back, relax and chill while admiring the ocean.
