Beautiful spacious Georgian period home, 5 minutes drive from the Kent Coast.

Located in a small town, you will not need to use your car if you don't want to. The town has a range of shops, pubs, bars, restaurants and high street shops and a supermarket across the road.

Facilities include an outdoor heated pool (open April-September), large enclosed garden, snooker table, thatched orangery and plenty of outdoor and indoor games.

There are 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs. A spacious lounge and dining room, music room, utility room and the beautiful thatched Orangery. On the first floor we also have a small gym with multi-gym, rowing machine, stationary bike and yoga mats and TV. The second floor has a Cinema room with old school DVDs (over 300 to choose from).

Perfect for your family/friend get together. Dogs are very welcome and the garden is fenced in.

We also have a separate annexe available that is accessible via the main house if you have a larger family group. This consists of 2 double ensuite bedrooms, lounge and kitchen - often great for grandparents who want some quieter space or privacy. We do not list this separately so please send us an enquiry if you would interested in renting this area too.
